1. Try before you pay
Every new hotel gets a 30-day free trial of the Pro plan with no payment method required. This is deliberately long enough to run your real front desk on Atithi Pro before deciding — so a paid subscription is an informed choice, not a gamble.
2. Cancelling your subscription
- Cancel anytime from Settings → Subscription in the app, or by messaging us on WhatsApp at +91 95582 86341.
- Cancellation stops future charges (any UPI autopay mandate is cancelled). You keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for.
- No cancellation fees, no lock-in, no questions required (though feedback is always welcome).
3. Refunds
When we refund in full
- Duplicate or double charges for the same period;
- You were charged after cancelling;
- Payment was debited but the subscription was not activated;
- Any other billing error on our side.
Report a billing issue within 7 days of the charge and we will make it right.
When we don't refund
- Partially used subscription periods — cancelling mid-period keeps your access until the period ends instead of a pro-rata refund;
- Renewals you forgot to cancel where the period has been substantially used (contact us anyway — we're reasonable, especially on annual plans caught early);
- Downtime of third-party systems outside our control (e.g. government reporting portals).
4. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are processed through Razorpay to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. Your bank may take a few additional days to reflect it.
5. Digital service — no shipping
Atithi Pro is delivered digitally: access is activated on your account immediately after successful payment. Nothing is physically shipped and no shipping or return charges exist.
