1. Delete your account (in the app)
The fastest way is directly inside Atithi Pro:
- Open Atithi Pro and go to Settings → Account
- Tap “Delete my account” and confirm
Your login and personal profile (name, mobile, photo) are removed and you are signed out. If you are the only admin of a hotel, the app will first ask you to promote another member to admin, or to delete the entire hotel (below) — this prevents a hotel from being left with no one able to manage it.
2. Delete an entire hotel (owner/admin)
A hotel admin can permanently delete the whole hotel from Settings → Hotel Profile → Delete this hotel. This removes all rooms, guest records, staff & admin logins, and cancels the subscription (including any UPI autopay mandate). You'll be asked to type the hotel's name to confirm — deletion is permanent.
3. Can't open the app? Request by email
If you're unable to access the app, email us and include your registered mobile number. We'll verify it's really you and process the deletion within 7 days:

Your login, name, mobile and profile photo. On hotel deletion: all rooms, guest records, staff logins and the subscription.
Retained
Guest compliance register entries are kept for the legal retention period required by state lodging & guest-reporting rules, then permanently purged. Guest ID images are auto-deleted after 90 days regardless.
Retention is a legal obligation, not a choice — once the required period lapses, the data is automatically and permanently removed. Details in the Privacy Policy.
